| Lectures | 1. Defining the basic concepts necessary for understanding the physicochemical processes that take place in the atmosphere. 2. Homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation. 4. Kinetic's of homogeneous nucleation. 5. Chemical reactions between chemical species in the atmosphere, including the standard pollutants. 6. Acid rains. 7. Probability distribution of the air pollutants. 8. Heterogeneous chemical reactions and processes in the troposphere. 9. Reactions in the stratosphere. 10. Photochemical reactions in the stratosphere. 11. The aerosols. 12. Distribution of the aerosols. 13. Thermodynamics of the aerosols. | |||||||||
