The process of validation of diplomas

Validation for employment in Serbia

A candidate submits request to certify the diploma to Facultu of Physics, dean's office, Studentski trg 12, room 652.

Required documents:

  • Application form (in duplicate)
  • certified copy of diploma (the translator) + 3 photocopies of the transcript
  • 3 photocopies of diploma
  • 3 photocopies of certificate of examinations passed
  • brief summary of the examinations, ie. curriculum, 3 copies
  • final paper (graduate, masters and PhD)
  • proof of citizenship
  • proof of payment of fees

Scientific-Educational Council of the Faculty of Physics determines the Commission of the validation of diploma, which writes a report on the validation.

Material is delivered to the University Commission for the recognition of foreign higher education diplomas.

University Commission in its session will decide on the validation of diploma. The copy of the decision is delivered to the Faculty and to the candidate.

NOTE: The fee for the costs of certification is paid according to the valid price list of the University. 2/3 of the amount to the bank account of the Faculty (No. 840-1984666-87) and 1/3 of the amount to the bank account of the University (No. 840-1835666-14 reference number 01/01).

Validation for continuing education

A candidate submits request to certify the diploma to University of Belgrade, Studentski trg 1, room 1.

Required documents:

  • Application form (in duplicate)
  • proof of payment of fees
  • certified copy of diploma (in duplicate)
  • certified translation of diploma (in duplicate)
  • certified copy of the certificate of examinations passed (in duplicate);
  • certified translation of the certificate of examinations passed (in duplicate)
